1977 Ford 700

This truck started life as a semi, and somebody put a dump body on it. It hasnt run in god knows how many years, but I swapped a different carb on it and a new coil and got her to fire up. It supposedly has a rebuilt engine in it with low hours. I dont know much about the truck. Ive had one person tell me its got a 391 in it, dont know for sure though. Any info you guys could share with me on this would be great. It doesnt look half bad for an old beater dump truck thats sat in the weeds for the last 5 years lol. Needs a wash job bad though.

This is an LN700, not an F700 / The 4th digit of the VIN is the engine code.

C = 330 2V M/D / D = 330 2V H/D / E = 361 2V / F = 391 4V

All are FT engines, have 5 valve cover bolts per side. But...after 35 years have passed by, who knows what size engine the truck may have now?

And, since all 1964/78 FT engines look identical, if a person claimed it has a 391, how would he know that?
