Sounds when doors are opened?

I know this is normal cause my brothers and buddys 6.7 does it too but...I dont know why it does it... When you open the doors to this truck why and what are the little beeps or sounds that the truck makes coming from maybe the dash, not even sure where.Keys arent in it either. I just got this truck last week.My 7.3 never did this but this is leaps and bounds above the old 7.3.Also I have the remote start and I used it the other day and when I got in the dash said insert key or alarm will sound in ten seconds? Which leads me to ask is there any other type of alarm when the doors are broken into or anything else? Just wondering because I know I dont have a aftermarket alarm installed.Seems I find something else more cool about this truck everyday. Love this towin beast!

I forget what trips that alarm warning, maybe if you get it again, tell us what you did.

There are lots of comment and existing threads here on mysterious sounds from the truck while it's not running.

In the tech folder you will find instructions on how to disable the key in ignition beeps. Have to cut a wire, best mod ever.

"Meeeep"

All electrical.
Even does it when you open the hood and the hood light turns on.

I caught it again after over 24 hours of a cold soak last weekend, went in garage to get a screw driver and it decided to talk.
Key fobs had been in the same spot all weekend on the other side of the house.

That being said, you will go crazy attempting to track down the noises.
I had to stop so I wouldn't go crazy!
