Cool...I'm going to do it...someday...maybe...sniff sniff.
I've only got to wait 4 more years...or 70,000 miles...
Apparently my local dealer that finished the repair, which, coincidentally is the same dealer that botched the radiator repair, is not planning of ever giving me or Ford a copy of the final repair, here is what was replaced due to some failure to install one of the mounting bolts for the EGR tube.

Sorry to derail your thread jermort! Glad you got it fixed up. It is great how things like that ALWAYS happen at the worst possible time! I could not be Monday AM on your way to work AFTER your vacation!
The deletes only gain about 1 - 2 MPG.
If anyone out of warranty has a similar issue I have a bunch of the parts in jermort's list sitting on a shelf somewhere......
