I haven't tested my batteries yet,but will check them tomorrow. I will also bring my alternator and have it checked at a local shop. Can a bad battery be causing my low voltage of my ficm or is my ficm shot

Low battery voltage can drag it down into the low 40's maybe but I'd say at 16 it's kaput.
