Need help identifying a c6 without tailshaft

Need help identifying a c6 without tailshaft
I have a c6,no tailshaft,or adapter. How can i identify by the length of the output shaft sticking out of the transmission, if it is for a 2wd or 4wd????

It doesn't have a tailshaft, but it does? A tailshaft and an output shaft are the same thing. Does it have one or not? Very confusing.....You must mean it doesn't have a rear housing or 4x4 adapter.

It has a shaft,but no housing or 4x4 adapter

If you had both you could compare and the shorter one would be the 4x4 part. I don't know the measurement to be able to tell you how to tell which one you have.
