If you know you have DEF in the tank, take it to the dealer. If you don't know the level of the DEF, fill it and see if the message goes away.

I cant remember for sure but i think that symbol next to that message means your DEF is contaminated... Check your Diesel Supplement Manuel it should say.

yea i checked mine too, it means either Low or Contaminated.

As indicated in the video the OP has neither low or contaminated DEF. He has a fault in the system and it says on his screen. He needs to take it in to be looked at. This has come up before and I believe that it has been such things as a bad sensor or bad DEF pump.

I took it into the dealer today and they said there was a TSB on this. They did the TSB which is a download to the truck.

Funny thing is this morning it went away on the road to the dealer. When I got there it was not on. I did take a pic and the mechanic was able to see the code that was thrown.

Should not have the problem again.

I didnt have time to read about the TSB so I am headed over to the tech folder to read about it.

Today it came back on again but went out later on. I guess this problem is not solved so I will send the truck back to the dealer. I will report in when I get an answer.
