2008 f150 5.4 30,000 miles the engine has top end noise on the right side and runs very rough no codes cam problem ?
At only 30,000 miles? Have you been doing regular oil changes with Motorcraft 5W20 and Motorcraft filter or using other products? My 2008 is still as quiet as the day I got it - at 35000 miles. My 2004 on the other hand has 89000 miles and I just replaced the phasers and all timing components due to a broken phaser and leaking tensioner. The cams are still in pretty good shape.
