cam phaser fix?
ive read that some people have used 15w40 oil in 5.4 and the phaser tick went away. im not ready to put 15w40 in my motor but would any lucas oil style repairs be a good idea for my phasers. can anyone tell me what changes from phasers that work right and worn out. what wears out in them?

mine was quiet until 75k and now its fine while driving around but when moving slow it sounds like crap. i hate it when my truck sounds broke but is not realy broke just used, i wish ford would figure out a fix that is not like $1000
