DOHC 5.4 reliabilty , issues ?

Does the DOHC also have issues with cam phasers and or timing chain guides?
I'm looking at a 2004 Navigator with 90K miles and just wondering about
reliability beyond 90,000 miles.
Thanks for reading.

My 2004 4.6L Mustang Mach1 DOHC doesn't have cam phasers. Pretty sure neither did the 4.6 Navigator, or whatever had the same engine. I'd replace the tensioner and chains as per the manuals recommendations.

I've never spun wrenches on a DOHC 5.4 though.
