tranny swap question
I'm about to buy a truck with 390 in it with a manual transmission. I want to take the engine out and put it in my truck. Question is, will my flexplate bolt in place of the flywheel? Is the engine going to be balanced correctly or will I also need to change the harmonic balancer?
I don't need to know if auto or manual is better, I want to keep the C6 that my truck has, I just need to know if an engine with manual can easily bolt a c6 to it.
