Headliner vent repair???

Any ideas on how to repair where the roof vents and dome lights go? The headliner is in great shape, but a few of the vents have been pulled out and I would like to fix them.

Don't they just kinda pop right in?

Have you tried;

Or

How 'bout...

Are the vents damaged in any way?

Nope. But they dont fit as snug as they are supposed too.
