Rear diff Yoke question

Rear diff Yoke question
I have a 99 f350 4 door long bed dually. I put a new U joint in at the rear diff and i found that the U joint is not as big as the yoke there is about a 1/16 of an inch on each side between the U joint caps and the ears on the yoke that hold it in. The new U joint is the same size as the old on I centered the u joint in there the best i could and have been driving it. has anyone else ran into this before?

Sure have! As near as I can figure on my truck there was a little play in the u-joint and it wore down the tabs on the yoke.
I'm planning on replacing mine as I go through u-joints every 15,000 miles and have a slight vibration at 70mph.

i have a huge vibration at 75 mph and i know my front tires are wearing funny but i do not think that is all tire vibration i think its driveline too. were is a good place to get that yoke? and what is needed to order one? Thanks justin
