I screwed up

I did the slip joint lube to get rid of the clunk and when I did it I had to hammer the driveshaft to get it out and put it back in. I marked the front of the shaft to put it back where it was but not the back. I now have a pretty bad vibration above 45 mph. Could I have damaged the carrier thing where the two shafts meet when I was hitting on the shaft to put it back on? The u joint seems to be ok. I'm going to rotate the rear 180 degrees to see if it helps today. Anybody ever had a driveshaft vibration problem?

It may be that the driveshaft is 180* out, but If you had to hammer the slip joint to get it back together it is probably binding up. You need to get that resolved as well.
