Header choice
Don't waste your money on the ill-fitting cheapies that'll rust thru in 3-5yrs.
Yea $200 seems cheaper now, but is it really cheaper in the long run? NO!
Save up if need be, buy once and do it right.

Sanderson headers (PN FF427). 'Got them with ceramic thermal coating. Purty, but not cheap.
I opted for these after reading the installation for Flowtechs, Hooker, and Hedman headers where it says to "unbolt the right engine mount and jack up the engine about two inches". Eeeeeek
!

Thick 3/8-inch head flanges...

.... and 3/8-inch collector flanges too.

The issue isn't with getting the starter in or out - there's enough clearance for that. The issue is loosening & tightening the inboard bolt.
Well, I splurged on the Sanderson headers for my 390 build in my '76 4X4. They sound great. But it is absolutely, 100% impossible to change the standard starter without removing the header. My mechanic couldn't do it while the engine was on the cherry picker before the install. And I couldn't do it when I lost the starter, this past weekend. That was one of the main reasons I spent $600 rather than $200. Live and learn. I will enjoy them. This is the way a pickup is supposed to sound. And towing is a joy.
