transfer case electrical --no 4wd
My 99 F150 ESOF will not go into 4WD. the 4X4 dash light blinks when the dash switch is set to 2wd, but stops blinking when I switch to 4wd. I have 12 volts to the 2wd vacuum hub solenoid (white/lb wire)(the solenoid with the pink vacuum tube) but do not read ground on the other wire (grey/black)when I turn the dash switch to 4wd from 2wd. so the solenoid is not being grounded when called for .there is good vacuum on the black vacuum tube to this solenoid. the dash switch checks out by ohms. can anybody help?thanks
