2001 Superduty 4WD

I have a 2001 F250 4WD with Warn manual hubs. The vacuum lines for ESOF have been plugged. The transfer case shifting relays are new, and there is power to them. The selector switch on the dash has the correct resistance for all positions, but does not light up when switching to 4WD. There is no power at the transfer case motor. Does anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong? I pulled codes with an OTC scan tool, but don't have any faults. I am starting to think it is the GEM. Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks

I'd start by double-checking fuses and connectors, first, if there is nothing else that makes you suspect the GEM. Could someone have hacked a dash wire during a stereo installation? Perhaps try (safely) hot-wiring the 4WD relays to see if the you can get it to shift into 4WD or 4WD-Low and use that to isolate the problem.
