Guys i have a 1990 f250 zf-5 300 ci inline 6, 4x4. And i just replaced the clutch, flywheel, and concentric slave cylinder. I cannot seem to bleed the clutch. I tryed the conventional way first. Then i tryed bench bleeding the master cylinder. Did not work. I tryed taking off the clip and sliding the piston assembly out slightly to let air out on the back of the master cylinder. Still did not work.????? Suggestions?
Hey if you find out a good way to do it, let everyone else know. There was a write up on here where a guy bought a plastic tub thing and filled it with hydraulic fluid and filled and bled the master and slave cylinder in there and i guess it worked well.

You can buy the reservoir, line and slave cylinder as a pre-bleed unit, it may cost a few bucks more but it is well worth the cost.
The 460/PSD slaves are the hard ones to bleed. The internal slave like you have, I have never had a problem with that. You just open up the bleeder and let it gravity bleed for a while, making sure to keep the master cylinder filled up. Close it up and go on down the road, at least that's how it always works for me.
