Shifter replacement

99/250 Super Duty regular cab.
2 wheel drive.
Tilt wheel,and overdrive switch.

Question?? How hard is it to replace the shifter and cable.
What's the procedure?

There any sites that have downloadable info???

There is a video on how to do it, but I can't find it. It is easy to do and takes maybe 30 mins. Here is a write-up on it: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/5...ml#post3998661 I will see if I can find the video as the visual makes it much easier to "see".

Now how about the shift cable?
It needs to be done too.

Now to see if I can get the parts,anyplace cheap??
