My intercooler to turbo clamp blew off 3 times in 30 miles today when i was towing 17000 lb trailer at 9000 k of altitude. I had this clamp off 3 months ago when i changed the fanbelt. I had a standard hose clamp of right right dimension It got me through the last 120 miles without a problem. Does anyone have the factory number for a replacement hose clamp. There is a NAPAs store in thios small town, so maybe they have something that will be better than the hose clamp than I am using.l
If I remember the dealership only sells them with the boots or the pipe. I could be wrong.
I don't have the part numbers for Ford, but RiffRaff will be able to help you.
This is what I have written down (been awhile since I documented, so I am not 100% sure on it - especially since I have only 3 sizes and Mike lists 4 part numbers).
Hot side:
Two - 2.75", One - 3.25", One - 3.5"
Cold side:
Four - 3.25"
Mike - do you have the sizes of the part numbers you listed (no hurry since I am already imposing on you for quite a few other things!!!!)?

I obtained those numbers from HvBOM off a random VIN for a 2004 truck I copied off Ebay.
Those four are what it lists, and calls for one of each with the exception of the last one, which it calls for two of (6C2Z-6K786-BA). As far as sizes, I couldn't tell you since it doesn't list it. I am ASSUMING (and you know what happens when you assume right?) the last number is for the clamp on the charge air cooler itself, since it calls for two of them.
Thank you all for the information. I found a Ford dealerabout 30 miles south of here and I will call them later today to see if they have any in stock. But first things first, I am going to park the trailer up on the mountain and go for a ride in the polaris RZR. I will not have interent access, so again thank you for the input
