Why is it so difficult to load pictures to a new thread? Is it just me or is this a very complicated thing to do?
I haved some images on my computer that i would like to show in a thread but i cant seem to do it. When i try it ask for a URL, well i don't have a URL as they are on my computer.......i hate computers....
If someone knows an easy way please let me know, thanks.

I bet when i get that figured out i will have to resize as well!!

Bruiser, just use a host site like photobucket. Create a free account, then upload your pictures on there. Then once you upload them (its super easy, just press the upload buttom and then select pictures, then upload) there is a link you can copy and past that has IMG in front and behind it, after you copy it, paste it in a thread here and your picture is posted.

Thanks Sheldon. With supporter status I post pictures differently, directly off my hard drive.

 

Yeah I havent had supporter status for awhile. The photobucket way is really handy for any site as well.

 

If you are running IE you can copy and paste the pic directly into your post so there aren't any links to follow

 

Good info Chris, I used firefox, never knew that about IE!

 

It's the only reason I have IE on my computer. I use firefox as well

Here's How to Post Pictures:
1. Login to FTE.
2.Click User CP (In the Top Left Hand Corner)

It seems awkward, but whenever you "insert a picture" to one of these threads, the forum is looking for the picture somewhere on the web (which is always available) rather than from somewhere on your hard drive (which isn't always available).
