Coolant leak again

Coolant leak again

Ok I had this problem a couple weeks ago I replaced the heater core even though the heater box was dry and dusty but on passenger side the plastic panel on floor that snaps on its level full with antifreeze and dripping out the bottom of cab heater box is still dry and carpet around fire wall dry what is going on ???? Help

I couldn't really tell you except to start over and due again. It has to be leaking somewhere there or you wouldn't have coolant. Maybe a bad heater core, or you got a screw in it.

But you pull the cover off the heater box and it's dry it makes no sense what so ever to me if it would be the heater core the inside of the box under the heater core would be wet right

The only think I can think of is one o the heater hoses where it hooks to the core is leaking and makin it all weird?

well i feel like a retard i found my coolant leak the other day... well where it came from because it jsut stopped leaking all of the sudden... i had a 1 gallon jug of antifreeze behind the back seat.. had a pin hole in it.... nice

It was expensive I Replaced the heater core then took to a repair shop I was mad
