Ive read some about audio upgrades and such. I remember something about a speaker that is a direct replacement for the stocks but change the sound 100%. Infinity i think? front and rear? info please...
You wear me out Tux. LOL! I look forward to pictures though.
Maybe I'll upgrade my XLT speakers; it is on my rainy day list anyways and I would most likely purchase an Infinity model.
Because what's sad is my brothers 2004 F-150 XLT has better sounding speakers than my super duty.
That's something I learned spending 1,200 miles in it Thursday/Friday.

i wear myself out. if i were home i prolly wouldnt have over 1200 posts on here in about a month, and a bunch of upgrades to my truck. however, since im away from home for who knows how long, and have nowhere to work on my airplane project, FTE and workin on my truck keeps me goin.

Glad you like my pics at least...
No I understand.
I don't like being on the road for more than two weeks in hotels so I can't imagine months.
Just poking a little fun though.
Although I am looking at Crutchfield's website again...
You would be suprised at the diffrence the Dynamat made! It made the doors quite a bit more solid, made a diffrence in the "seat of the pants" road sound reduction and made the speakers sound better too.

Do you mat the entire door panel, or just behind the general area behind the speaker??
