help with front end
i have a fordf350 dually an when im driven down the road an hit a bump the front end of the truck starts to shake an if i slow down or turn the wheel a little bit its will stop an ideas wat it could be

On an '04, it could be a ton of things. The fix could be as simple as a dual steering stabilizer or as bad as all new joints in the front end.
Mileage, and a general overview of the front end would help us help you. Ball joints are a known issue, combined with some blown out boots and bad shocks I could definitely see you having the death wobble.
Try searching for "death wobble" in the Super Duty, all '99-07 trucks can have this problem, regardless of the engine, and I know there are a lot of answers up there if you look for them.
