Officially DP-Tuned!

Totally different truck. I cannot describe how awesome it is now. The power is incredible and I couldn't be happier. Can't wait to see how it performs when I tow. Thanks for everyone who gave me every little info about the tuner before I bought it.

It is amazing the difference tuning can make! Glad you researched it and asked around, always a better way to buy parts.

I got no start, stock, 80 econo, 60 tow, 120 race. Getting used to 80 econo right now because that will be mostly used and 60 tow and 120 race impressed me as well. The grinning has already started and the gas mileage is going to be down for at least another month.

Yea I got to stay away from grass. I feel like I could spin tire at anytime. Throttle is very touchy, but I'm think I'm gonna like it.

For those really looking for economy - 60e. I have new numbers on my current trip and I'm grinning for a different set of reasons.

You'll get used to the touchy... I did to the point where if I forgot I was still on stock, I'd think my throttle position sensor (TPS) was dead until I pushed a little further. Makes a huge difference no doubt!

So please share your grin factor with us!

I will be doing some tunes late this summer, I need to know what to get for settings.

It's hard to stay away from the "grass" sometimes.

When towing keep a eye on yer EGT"S ! I pull a 35 ft fiver and I quickly noticed a quick spike up in 60 tow on a climb! Dropped into 40 tow and all was well and she still pulled like a train!! I still can't get that grin off my face when I put the hammer down in 8oE !! But I probably don't need to tell you that!!

60e is my favorite for fuel economy but I'm toying with the differences between 80T and 80e for passing pizzazz - and 80T is starting to take the lead. AE is showing me the differences between the two, but I can't call it just yet.

60e on a torturous run. 3 cities, 2 mountain passes (1 against the wind), then a big finish on the flat (no wind) at 75 MPH cruise. My liedomoter is closer to accurate since the new HPOP.
