question about steering stabilizers

Ok well I'm about to order a single bilstein stabilizer, but I went out and looked under my truck and thought about something. When I install my 4.5" lift in the future, it will not come with a drop pitman arm. This would of course change the angle of the drag link. Since the factory stabilizer location is on the drag link and connected to the frame, wouldn't I have to remove it for a lift kit?
