Abs Light Stays On

My ABS light is always on. I did post yesterday that my truck coughs and shuts off from time to time and most think it coulb be the CPS...would this affect the electronics in someway causing the ABS light to turn on? Brakes where redone last week and thought that would fix it, but it didn't...

Might have a front wheel hub assembly going out. Same thing happened to me when mine went out.

Check the sensor on top of the rear differential. It is the abs sensor for the rear and is a common problem.

Check it how? I need to get on top of this as well. Mine has been on for a couple of weeks now.

check to make sure that it is securly mounted to the housing and check all wiring connectors and wire the seem to be in a good spot for road debris to damage wiring.

you can also check for abs codes with a scan tool and that will tell you which sensor or other abs coponent is having troubles and i think that is where i would start.
