Should I re chrome side molding?
finally going to get a professional paint job. I took off all the moulding and I am just starting to consider how to refresh the moulding. The moulding is in great shape...but should i have it chromed? or should I just shine it up with never dull? Any suggestions? (my first post)

The trim is alum. not steel so no chrome. You can remove the anodizing with acid then buff it. You will have $450.00 worth of fun/time in it by the time you are done, then reseal it.

Red Devil lye from the grocery is one, search remove anodizing there are better ones, but cost more.
Maybe some of our buds will make recommendations on what they like to spend their money on.
