Signal Problem
When I turn on a signal, both signal light indicators come on, and when I brake, both signal indicators come on. The signal lever is very touchy, but it will turn off the signals. The bulbs look good, and the fuses look good. Help.

Bulbs "look" okay. Time to try other bulbs. Since the brake light causes the turn signals to light on the dash, it's back feeding into the turn signal circuit. Remove each bulb separately to narrow which side it could be. Could be alot more involved also, but that will eliminate the easy stuff first.
Could be one of the sockets, could be wiring/turn signal switch? Bulbs are easy.

Did you look at the wiring under the rear bumper? It's almost always a mess unless you have cleaned it up. Feedback from a bad bulb is a good guess too.
It's just electrical, get a good trouble light and start probing, pretty simple stuff once you get the hang of it.
