I would just take the old lines off and cut out a section and take it to the parts store. Whatever size it is, its a standard size and easy to get. If its just the rubber hose you need, thats even easier. just unclamp it and take it in and say you need that.
PS- one time I needed 6 inches of hose and the guy said "we only sell it by there foot" and I said "ok, I'll take half a foot" needless to say he didn't think that was as clever as I did.
