Or just go to a parts store. SAE 30R9. It's black "fuel injection hose". They sell it by the foot from rolls in the back or in in a box on the shelf in 18 inch lengths. It's the same price for a foot or 18" so if they tell you that you gotta buy a foot then you may as well get the bigger length. You'll need 3/8" for the pump lines and 5/16" for the fpr and drain hose.
