found van for sell 325 shipped
i dont have the money for it here is a
2002 van turbo for sale (larger 1.15 exhaust housing)
0 shaft play
Perfect working order
120k miles (was taken off because the was wrecked)
Comes complete with <acronym title="Exhaust Back Pressure Valve">ebpv</acronym> & pedistol.

If it comes with the EBPV it will not just drop in. The outlet on the van turbos from the factory is too short for our trucks. Thats why guys put the high flow non-ebpv outlet adapter on them. You'll need that at least. Plus with the miles on it, it should be rebuilt.
