What Part is this? (pics)

This is on a 2008 Expedition 5.4L on the throttle body. What is this?
Also I don't see a IAC valve on this year.

No IAC, it is a drive by wire set-up, so the PCM just adjust the throttle blade to control idle speed instead of using the bypass valve. And, yes, that is the TPS sensor.
