What is the CTS
I have a 98 4.0L and the throttle sticks when I push the clutch in to shift causing a hard shift I was looking under my hood and seen a sensor on the side of the throttle body its called a CTS what does it stand for???? I seen a post about the same thing happening to another guy he said the throttle stop screw was screwed out to far but mine is fine I think it might be that sensor.... Please Help

The sensor your talking about sounds like the TPS.(throttle position sensor) As for your throttle sticking, I would take off your air intake tube from the throttle body and inspect the throttle plate to see if it has carbon build-up. It wouldn't hurt to clean it out.

I thought it was the throttle position sensor but I didn't know why it said CTS..... I already cleaned it a month ago it was dirty but its still clean as can be , can I get a throttle position sensor at advanced????

The Idle Air Control valve (IAC) should be on your list of things to consider. Among other things, it is respsonsible for maintaining proper engine speed during shifts and deceleration (i.e., closed throttle condition).
