What do I do if...
I have an 89 7.3 but Pensacola diesel has a return line kit for 83-89 and 89-94? How do I tell what kit to order? What's different? thanks, trying to get the kit ordered tonite...

thanks, I figured but also figured more opinions are better than one.
EDIT: Would those pensacola reman injectors be a good choice if I plan to turbo the biotch soon, or should I wait and then get some turbo spec injectors???

Turbo or not , you are still going to want to run BB code injectors. The remans are questionable. I am running DCP remans in my 93 and it seems to run fine, but pop tests of reman. injectors have not shown good results. If you want a good matched set, contact Russ whos username here is Typefour. He sells a pop-tested and matched set of Delphis for a resonable price. I will go with his next time I need them.

I believe the difference in return kits has to do with how the nipples on the caps sit relative to centerline of the cap. I know when I bought my kit off Russ he had me snap a pic of the cap to make sure he sent the right one.
FWIW, I HIGHLY recommend his kit.

I also recommend the kit from Russ (typefour). To tell the difference, are your hose barbs in the centerline of the cap? Or set off to the side of the cap?
