It all really depends on what injectors you are putting on. The reason is you have to match the turbo with the injectors. If you're going really big, you're gonna need a turbo that can handle it. Problem is, that if you just upgrade one or the other and not both at the same time, the driveability of your truck will suffer quite a bit until you catch up with the other modifications.
If you're going mild on the injectors, I would say: Turbo, HPOP, Injectors
If you're going big on the injectors, then save your money and do injectors and turbo at the same time, then go with the HPOP later.
With any of these mods, you're going to need trans work if you haven't already done that. Also with big injectors, you're going to need some engine work to keep it together.

The H2E spools very slow. For a set of stage one 160cc injectors and a BB turbo like the Garrett or TN, youll have about 400hp, stage two injectors a little more, Hybrids about 450-500 and that's all you can go on stock internals without doing anything more than that list. Id recommend 160cc singles.
