Tire ply
Just.friggin. kidding.

I could but then it's not like making friends, although most of my new found "friends" now know how much of an idiot I am.

Thanks for the info and continued support, everyone. I certainly do appreciate it.
I checked the tires, D rated with 3 polyester plies, 2 steel and 1 nylon, making it a six ply tire. Single load 3305 pounds. I guess "Trigard 3 Ply" refers to those 3 different materials. I'll be checking out and most likely purchasing E rated tires.
That other battery I took to have charged which came from the truck turned out to be bad as well. I removed the one battery from my 1998 Ford Windstar, hooked it up in the truck leaving the extending positive cable to the other battery (which is not there) removed from the terminal, and the truck cranked right over. Took it around the block, shut it off and cranked right over again.
I've already removed the battery and re-installed it back on the mini van, I'm not trying to push my luck, I just wanted to see if the truck would turn over and it did.
My question now is can I buy one correct sized diesel battery and get away with it for awhile, maybe two weeks, or will that mess with anything?

I have a 7.3, if it matters.

Old car batteries which were in the truck, 34-DLG. Lasted a day and a half from time of purchase of truck.

The single battery I used from my mini van to start the truck.

New correct batteries. 65-DLG.

I removed the battery covers, couldn't get a socket on the terminal bolt with it on. Installed and now, peace of mind!
