Set the AE up for cylinder balance and watch it when it misfires or whatever

Also scan for codes maybe you did IDK???????

Check the HPO system to

when you start taking operating values do just like this

Just make shure the numbers are taken exactly like this
Truck in PARK OR NEUTRAL all times during test
ECT at 190* or close to And EOT at 185* or higher
-------------------------------------------------------------------
KOEO=Key On Engine Off =record value
Low Idel (truck idel on its own)=record value
High Idel (2500RPM)=record value
Values below are given in this order^^^Left to right

Plug the AE in and check everything

Alittle off topic but FYI any Bulley Dog tuner or Shift on fly tuner is BAD ju ju for the 6.0L
Do you have a list of which sensors to look at when redo this test and what the values should be?

If the engine runs rough between 1200 and 2300 rpm - proceed to check valve diagnosis (Standpipes)

TSB-08-20-1

Engine don't run rough at all. Only at 2100 rpm it mises and bucks and only at hot weather. Anything higher or lower it runs fine?

A miss and a buck is not running rough ......................... ??

I guess I do not understand.

I fully understand you said it does it in hot weather. It is not something that you will find a specific TSB on (ie miss and buck in only hot weather). I would recommend diagnosis of the HPO system - including standpipes. I wish you well in your search.

Everything is original equipment except the FS2500. Fuel Filters have been changed at least 3 times in 35.000 miles.....

Have you tried selecting 3, or 2, perhaps even 1 on the gear shift instead of just leaving it in D and seeing if you can reproduce the bucking at 2,100 rpm?

I thought about transmission but there is a dirt road I put the truck into 4wd low on the property we go to with the fifth wheel and it still did it at 2100rpm in 4wd low....

On another note I know a guy that has a 2005 and a problem with the gas pedal and since it is all done electrical could this be a sign of a bad position in the pedal?

It only happens at one given RPM. No higher or lower rpm or when it is cold out like winter time. That is what does not make any sence.....

So that should rule out a Bad Torq-Converter Lock Silinoid AFAIK

Your symtoms dont seem Acel Pedal relaited but you can check with that AE at least not from this side computer screen

That still hits a HPO leak. Needing to be warm. It's a leak small enough that low engine power isn't effected, and higher rpm's overcome, or mask it.

You need to start there. Does it start harder in the warm temps, especially after being warm out?

No apparent problem when starting warm or cold....

this thread isnt going to get much farther unless you post some numbers from that AE

ICP
IPR%
FICM
VOLTS

Just make shure the numbers are taken exactly like this
Truck in PARK OR NEUTRAL all times during test
ECT at 190* or close to And EOT at 185* or higher
-------------------------------------------------------------------
KOEO=Key On Engine Off =record value

Could not get to it today due to more important issues and will try tomorrow but it looks a little full as well.

I will try to get idle information on Ipc and Ipr as well as it at 2500 rpm and engine off. It has been at least a year since I used AE but i believe AE shows ficm voltage as well and will post it when I can get it done....
