Vic, upload photos of the truck in an on line hosting album, photobucket, picasa if you have gmail, the link the album here. We can see photos of the truck and better advise.
71 would have 360, 352 was last used in 67. I would get the carb worked on, clean gas, oi; change and not worry about much more if you are selling.
