is the alt not on the opposite side of the A/c, the old york compressors had there own bracket that sat on top of the powers steering pump. it should have been a completely separate deal.

The ac bracket goes all the way over and the top alt bracket bolts to it, no idea why. It has no power steering all manual.

I wouldnt even care except the bolt holes for the ac bracket are all but 1 stripped and since i was gunna remove all the ac components anyway , i didnt wanna bother with retaping or coiling them but.....
