do these engines have a transmission adapter bolted to the engine like the diesels?? I bought a truck with no transmission trying to get engine running but starter wont fit up.
If you are talking about the 2V/4R100 it bolts directly to the transmission with no adapter. Three bolts and the wires that's it. Not sure about the 3V/TorquShift
thanks i just realized it bolt to the tranny but i have no tranny. always something.
i wonder if any bellhousing fit this engine. maybe a t45 out of a mustang. i don't know what to do
