I don't have any pics of the rims you mentioned but you shouldn't have any rubbing issues. Might want to trim the bumper brackets.

I have 20x10s with -18 offset and don't rub anything. Mine stick out roughly 3/4" further than the 20x9 (-12) wheels and I have 1" additional lift.

Stock wheels are +44 for offset. 8" wide I believe.

Why won't it? You'll need a leveling kit for 35s, but that has nothing to do with the wheel offset. With a 33" or 34" tire you won't have any problems.

That wheel will stick out roughly 2.25" further than the stock wheel. Mine stick out 3.5" further than the stock wheels.

I was lookin at nitto trails in 295 60 20 on xd thumps which are 0 offset and was told i may or may not rub. Leveling kit would make sure they fit...

You should not need a leveling kit for 35" tall tires that you mention, I ran them for about 2 years and NEVER hit anything. I ran the BFG AT's so some tires are bigger than others and it does seem that BFG's always run a bit smaller than advertised.

As far as rubbing goes it will depend on the tire width. I have just gotten my new Nitto Terra Grapplers in 295/60/20 which is actually 11" wide and 34.6" tall. They do rub just a little bit but I can't feel it in the wheel but it shows a slight little wear spot.

I have the Readylift 2.5 level kit, 20" KMC Misfits, and 35/12.5/20 Toyo Mt's and have no issue. Only very seldom when turned all the way over and the friont tire hits a big bump. And even thens its just a very little rub for second.
