Scan Port
I do not know the technical term for what i am calling the "scan port". But it would be the port you would connect a scanguage into to get your readings. Anyways, i went to the local auto parts store to have them pull codes and they said that they couldnt pull codes cause my port was a ting like it wasnt connected. Their scanner fits my port. Any thoughts or help on maybe where to start on tracing back from the port to the engine compartment?

Tested the cig lighter outlet. Doesnt work. Will replace fuse later. Thanks for the help.
