Ok, when i lower my window it wants to go down crooked, this then causes it to tear the weather strip out of the track. Is there an adjustment or something i'm missing? Thanks
I think the edge channels are all that align the window. If those are missing or unbolted or broken then the window can fall out of those channels causing the tilting. Here is an overall pic of the items. First time for me to try and copy a pdf file this way so.... I hope it works. I'll look in the manual and see if it reveals any suggestions... Not a lot of info. I know the channels need to be square and true to each other. The roller/track needs to be lubed and not binding. Here's all the factory manual said; see attached pic.
Below find 2 pdf files. Sorry just learning how to copy/attach *.pdf files this way.
If you can't see *.pdf files let me know and I'll make a jpeg and re-post.

Thank you, PDF downloaded perfect. I installed new channel rubber that i got from LMC and i just fell apart in less than 6 mos. LMC replaced it so i will try again. I believe this gets no adhsive, any help here?
I got my window felts from LMC to, and I had a simular situaton for no apparent reason. It seemed the bottom of the glass would go forward as it was going down, and it appeard that it was going to fall out of the channel. MIne did this on the driver's side only a few times then stopped (?) So I never looked any further into it.
Also, my felts would pop out on the back side after it went around the curve and down the back side. From what I have read on this forum, the LMC felts are of lesser quality. I got a tube of 3M adhesive and glued the run that goes down the back side of the window, then wound up the window till the glue set. I have not had a problem since, and have had my felts in for abut two years now.
My truck sets in a garage and only comes out on nice days, so it is not exposed to the constant pounding from the weather which could degrade the felts faster.
I did a thread on replacing the felts in my passenger side along with a speaker install if you feel inclined do a search. It is picture heavy for those who like to browse.
But to get back to your original question, I know I had everything in place and tight when I put it back together, so I am at a loss as to why you are experiencing this. If you take it apart, and see what is happening as you roll the window up and down, please post your finding back here.
LMC sent me replacement channel felt but i'm not sure I want to use it. I am in Florida and we had really mild weather and i'm not close to the ocean and even so 6 mos is just sad. LMC is very good about replacing defective parts and I have returned alot, Installing twice stinks. I bought a gasket for my new rear slider and it is so poor i won't even try to install it, who's got the best?
