Yes, but you will need to change the injectors and convert to electric fuel. The 03 has split shot injectors so your computer won't run them properly. Also, the cam has no lobe for the fuel pump, so you've got to switch over to the electric fuel. Are you getting the intercooler and pipes too? If not, there may be a few more pieces you need to get or use the old ones off the 97.
Scroll down a little further till you find the OBS seciont (94.5 - 97 powerstroke). Those guys will be able to give you all the ins and outs of the swap.

The motor will swap fine. You will just have to swap the accessory brackets.
Other then that and an electric fuel swap its a good long block for you. You can leave the injectors, they will run fine on the single shot tuning.
