Front hubs????????
Does anyone in the aftermarket make a manual hub kit for a 06 250 ???

Are you talking about the 4x4 lock hubs? If so, the answer is no. The OEM ones are manufactured by WARN so no need to upgrade.

I've never seen any aftermarket hubs Period for 05'up trucks.

Mine in auto are acting stupid. Sometimes they work sometimes they don't... If I am going to have to get out and lock them in I was just hoping for something that I could truely lock out.

Your seals are probably getting warn out. You are lossing vacuum so that's why they are not locking.
