I got a 2005 f250 4x4. It has head studs, egr delete, and all that. Also a 66mm turbo and banks I/c, intake and exhaust. Just installed 185cc injectors hoping to spool the turbo better but off the line it just sits there and bellows smoke. It look like uppipes are leaking but don't think that would cause the turbo to not light. When you get to about 25-30mph it rips good but no off the line power. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Andrew

Yes it will cause this problem for shure
The Exhaust gas coming from the uppipes is what spins the Turbine thus generate Boost
There is very Little Exhaust Gas at Idel so you need it all of it Fix the Leaks
Tyler Brings a Great Point to Tuning would help and Probably a MUST with Bigger Injectors installed your throwing more Fuel at it so now it needs the Air/Fuel Ratio adjusted with a tunner and must be a CUSTOM Tune
But with the UPpipes leaking its going to be a DOG no matter what untill the Leaks are fixed

I didn't even catch that, I thought he said they weren't leaking, sorry long day of putting the new wheels on and washing the Duramax
Anyways, that's probably your problem, I would fix the leaks then see wha happens.
