- or in other words project attention deficit disorder . i don't know about the rest of ya but i seem to really suffer badly from it . besides the no time issue , and someone messing with my 52 after i got it running good and driving it daily ( they dumped something in the tank that has plugged up the entire system requiring a thorough cleaning , carb rebuild and taking the fuel pump apart yet ) i can't seem to stop finding other things to mess with . i have the aforementioned 52 customline , my 53 effie in pieces , which should have been a rolling chassis by now , and my beater 95 4.6 bird . well ... i have got to go look at it but i have been given a running , but broken front suspension , mercury marquis of 98 vintage . it's a 4.6 also . my bird has a small oil leak on the oil feed tube in the back of the right side head , and i gotta drop the engine and trans as far as i can see to fix it so my theory is , get another 4.6 get a set of pi cams , put the pi intake and all associated hardware i have on it , and just swap motors ..... well we all know where this is gonna go .... another non op ford in my drive in pieces that i can't seem to find the time to play with ! can't figure out why the hades i can't just focus on one of them , in particular my effie !!!! maybe the next time i go to the doc's he can give me a prescription to help me with my disorder . oh and i still got that 76 mustang 2 i haven't figured out what to do with , part it or ?????????????? did i mention the 49 f-1 i was told about that a friend of a friend has with the front clip off as he was starting to restore it and lost interest ???? he only wants 900 bucks and i can stash it at my unk's with the mustang as that marquis might be in the drive being torn apart ....... SOMEONE HELP ME !!!!!

there is no help for you. it is an uncurable addiction. so my advice is don't fight it.
just go with the flow, and buy every old ford you can to save them from the crusher!!

I hear ya. I think that there's a lot of us with that symptom. My wife tries to 'help' me with my issues. ("When are you gonna get that junk out of here " ).
In my case I also suffer from S.C.S. (Slow and Clumsy Syndrome).
