I don't think you will be sorry they really look nice, I've been looking around for picks but having trouble. I asked him to send pics last time I e-mailed him but don't think he did.

Just a question for any of you or Clay.

I have the e99 spyder... the all aluminum e99 intercooler. and pipes from the e99 as well (the whole setup minus boots n clamps).
If I bought that e99 boot kit would it still have everything I need.. cuz I need clamps too right?
The only thing I would have to do is mod the pipe a bit?

Just out of curiousity... if I had a set of SD pipes off a 2000...and had a 6.0 intercooler with the e99 spyder...
How much more modding would need to be done to the pipes to make it work and would the e99 boot kit still have everything necessary?

Both pipes will need slight modification to fit. The stock SD driver side pipe gets turned upside down to fit in the OBS, add a slight bend at the top and extend it a few inches. The passenger side pipe needed an extra bend as well on mine and an inch or two extension. The E99 boot kit should have the boots you need if you use a 7.3L IC, but not sure if they come with clamps from Clay. I know the Dieselsite boots come with clamps, but are quite a bit more expensive than Clay's, so I assume Clay's boot kit doesn't come with clamps.

If you use the 6.0 IC, you'll need to measure the inlet/outlet of the IC to make sure you get the correct boot there.

We have the clamps but don't include them since most people don't need them.

The 6.0L intercooler is 3"x3" and 3.25"x3".

That's what I figured. Also helps keep price down. You should be getting a call from me soon for boots. After my last round of mods, only one of my Dieselsite boots still fit. LOL

Hmm so Chris makes pipes that are fabbed for OBS?
I recall when I emailed him just making sure it wasnt a hoax that he said he needs to know if it is OBS or SD before he makes em..
Makes me think it is all done up for ya.

Thanks for the info Clay/travis.. ive got the sd pipes here so i can imagine it.

Pipes fabbed up for the obs truck. 3" Polished ALLUMINUM with 6 t-clamps $225 shipped. That's the route I am taking.

@ clay I was looking for the boots on your site and all I ran into was the clamps. Do the boots only come in blue? I would like black possibly even red.
