91 F600 Injection pump problem

91 F600 Injection pump problem
The run-stop plunger on my pump will not move very easily. Anyone have any advise on a fix or reason why this might happen?
As i understand the lever should almost fall into the run position. Mine will move to the run position but you have to do it by hand, the solenoid will not do it. Will not shut off either, solenoid works fine just doesn't have enough hind end to move the sticky lever.
From what i can find on the Bosch MW pump the lever operates a plunger with holes in it that are lined up for fuel to pass in run and pulled back for no fuel to be able to pass in the stop position. What i dont know is what kinda seals and what it might take to fix this problem. Kinda shooting in the dark fro ideas before i try and pull pump and have it rebuilt.
