95' cummins problem

i have a f700 with the 5.9 cummins with engine troubles. it will run great some days and the next it wants to try die while driving like its running out of fuel. also shutters abit then comes back and so on. changed filter and cleaned pre filter cant figure it out...

It could have a pinhole leak in a line, or possible issues with the pickup tube in the tank. Could also be junk floating in the tank and partially clogging the pickup tube.
